Alamo City LX is a car club for the greater San Antonio area dedicated to the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Challenger & Magnum. Regardless if you are highly modified or just off the dealer's lot; SE to R/T, Touring, Limited, or C, and yes, even the big boy SRT8...

Jeff was contacted by one of our sponsors asking if we would be able to support an "Open House" at Northstar Dodge on August 22nd. Details are slim at this time, but it looks like they will have parking in the front of the lot for us to display the cars in and there will be burgers & dogs. Still don't know how many spots they will have, how long the event will be (or how long they want us there for) or much else beyond what's posted here now but I wanted to get this date out there and in mind so this can have a good turn out.
If you are interested in showing off your ride during this event, post up along if will not be able to stay "all day" so that can be considered.
I had mentioned that I was concerned that the Mopar Meet at Ancira might be then, but I checked and it isn't until October 16th....

Julia, our shirt vendor, will be at the Castrovill Friday Night Fever on August 13th with a booth set up and will have several of the ACLX brand items to showcase. If I understood correctly, she will have shirts there ready to buy for those that ordered a button down but didn't get payment in in time - more to follow on that.
She will also have a run of sizes of the button downs on hand so you can try on and find the size that works for you so you can order with confidence.

with school still being out, my kids are so bored and don't get to interact with other kids much, mainly because I don't know many people.
We could go to one of the big parks and BBQ and let the kids play and talk cars and take pics and stuff. I vote for the big new braunfels park. just an idea before school starts

This Sunday I will be doing the Halos on the Bee and my 68 deep dish grill fitment so if anyone wants to stop by bring your swim trunks and a towel and your drinks, We will pick up a pizza and have a blast. PM me if you need my address. I will be in the garage or pool all day.
